Catherine McGuigan established McGuigan Solicitors LLP in 2006. Based in Cavan, Catherine obtained a Law Degree from Trinity College, Dublin in 2002 and was admitted to the roll of solicitors at the Law Society of Ireland in 2005. She trained and worked as a solicitor at one of Ireland’s top 5 law firms for a number of years before establishing the practice.
She also advises Personal Representatives on all stages of the administration of estates from taking out the Grant to the efficient and timely distribution of assets to beneficiaries.
