Áine McGuigan is a graduate of University College Dublin. She graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Law degree in 2003 and also completed a First Class Honours LLM Masters in European Law in the University College Dublin in 2005. She entered the roll of solicitors in 2008 after completing her traineeship in General Practice.
Prior to joining McGuigan Solicitors in 2011, Aine gained wide experience in the areas of Civil Litigation, Employment Law, Family Law and Probate. Áine then moved to specializing in the areas of Residential & Commercial Conveyancing and Leasing. She regularly advises first time Purchasers in all aspects of purchase transactions, including securing financing. She also has considerable experience with regard to Receiver appointed sale and purchase transactions and assist clients in with complicated title issues including difficulties with planning, rights of way and boundary issues.
Áine advises clients in relation to all aspects of family law including Separation Agreements, Judicial Separation and Divorce Proceedings. Her approach is to provide step by step guidance and support to clients in achieving the best outcome for them in difficult circumstances Áine can offer sensitive yet sound advice to help guide clients through the financial and legal implications and towards a solution that will allow the parties to move forward with their lives.
Áine also specialises in Wills and Probates. She offers a one to one consultation service where you can discuss the issues that most concern you about the future and ensure that your Will accurately reflects your wishes. She will guide and assist you every step of the way.
